About the District

The Antler Creek Metropolitan District will provide essential services and facilities, including water rights management, storm drainage, street improvements, transportation and safety controls, parks and recreation, mosquito control, limited fire protection, television relay and translation, covenant enforcement, design review, security services, and solid waste disposal. The district will also maintain and operate public improvements such as stormwater infrastructure and mosquito control systems. ​ To fund these services and infrastructure, the district is authorized to impose a maximum combined mill levy of 65 mills, which includes 50 mills for debt service, 10 mills for operations and maintenance, and 5 mills for special purposes like covenant enforcement and design review. ​ The district has a maximum authorized debt limit of $10 million, with plans to issue $6.085 million in bonds in 2027 and $11.06 million in refunding and improvement bonds in 2037. The debt will be repaid over a maximum term of 40 years.
